What's with the mutiny talk?

When we started this company, we wanted to make it clear that we were a different kind of company, one that plans on bucking the system, on following our vision and acheiving our goals. Sometimes, to do this, one has to mutiny against the status quo.

Both of our founders come from a very corporate background, and having spent way too many years of seeing the "wrong" way to run a business, treat employees, and manage costs, we set out to do it the right way. At least, the right way for us. Another mutiny, against traditional corporate structure and the greed and politics that goes with it.

Gone are the days of punching time clocks, and sitting in a chair to get paid. We value results, innovation and dedication. Our employees work from wherever they wish, and when they wish. There are no time sheets, no cubes, no micro-management. As long as we see results, achieve what is best for the company and our customers, we are more than happy.
